Developmental | 11-13 year old Speed, Agility, and Strength
This program is designed specifically for athletic
development in a fun, safe, and well organized forum.
Many young athletes play the same
sport year round and become good at only a
few skills athletically. This leads to more injuries and often a
shorter ceiling on where a kid can develop in their chosen sport.
Injuries are often created by repetitive motions and skills that
are done so frequently throughout the year.
Many studies have shown
that 50-60% of injuries in youth sports are a result of overuse,
however of those injuries it is estimated that more than half
could be prevented with proper training, and focusing on
developing fundamental athletic abilities.
By participating in the Athletic Synergy
Off-Season program, the athletes will improve their:

Coordination, strength, speed, and power

Agility, and Running Mechanics

Core Stability, Balance, and Injury Prevention

Flexibility, Range of Motion

Proper Rest and Active Recuperation

Mental Focus and Preparation

Cardiovascular Endurance and Stamina

Body Composition and Nutritional Knowledge
Program is open to all
Athletes 11-13 years old and will run continously on 6 week
cycles.
Start Dates:
- Wednesday September 8th
- Program will run
from 9/8-10/20 (12 sessions + 1 bonus session on 10/22)
- Cost: $360
- Before starting the
program, the registration and waiver form must be
completed. Checks should be made out to IST for $360. Program
consists of the 12 available sessions and 1 bonus session
regardless of attendance. Cancellations due to weather will be
made up.

Elite | Speed, Agility, and Strength
This comprehensive program is designed specifically for athletic performance which is the first choice of top coaches and athletes in the world. With our guidance, you’ll get the best out of yourself and develop an untapped potential that will shock your coaches, teammates and especially yourself! An athlete requires specific movement skills….bursts of maximum force, speed, quickness and explosive power all with an increased need for range of motion. This program runs 2 times per week and is an intro to the more intense 3x per week Off Season program that will start at the end of October and have a similar schedule with the extra session on Saturday. Open to all athletes 14 years old and up. By

Athletes 14 years old and up and will run monthly 3 times a week
for a total of 12 sessions per month.
Group 1-MONDAY and WEDNESDAY 3pm to 4pm
Begins September 8th-last session October 20th (no session on 10/13)
Group 2-TUESDAY and THURSDAY from 6pm to 7pm
Begins September 9th- last session October 16th
**If needed you can do one day from each group but**please indicate that on the registration form or let us know before hand so we can try to accommodate you.
6 weeks, 2X per week, 12 total sessions, cost $360
