Focus: Movements to make athletes and others alike perform to the best of their abilities. Speed, agility, plyometrics, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention.
Personal Bio: Norwalk, Connecticut native, Rodney attended Brien Mc Mahon where he played baseball. He later walked on to the football team at Kings College where he was a 4 year starter at DB and 3 time MAAC Conference All-Star and playing in the Senior Bowl. Rodney has 15 years of Industry experience, after many years in Corporate America and training clients in my spare time, he decided to pursue my passion of training others full-time. My work started at LA Fitness, where he managed the front desk before becoming certified. Once he received my certification he became a part time coach. Rodney built up a good following quickly and decided to go out on his own. He rented space and began training on his own while getting more knowledge and certifications. After doing this for 5 years along with coaching high school football, he took a position with Athletic Gaines as a performance coach where he continued to work with athletes and others to make them perform better and lead a better life. After 2 years with AG, he decided along with my partner coach Newton to open their own business, Radical Athletics and Prestige Fitness where we continue on help client to perform to their best abilities and stay injury free.
